Yarn Dying Process:
   

Bed covers and other materials are yarn dyed by applying different forms but the most common of these are the package forms and hanks form. Cotton bed covers are generally dyed by package form while acrylic and woolen bed covers are dyed with hank form. The process goes like- first the raw yarn is taken on spring tube and suitable package for dye penetration is achieved. Now these soft packages are loaded over a dying spindle, then the packages are pressed up to a required height. Again the carrier is loaded on the machine used for dying and finally the yarn is dyed.
