It is believed that linen is the oldest textile material in the world. Bed Linen can be referred to bed sheets and bed covers, bath linen or food and beverage linen. Actually, modern term ‘linen’ is a group name for woven textile that is used in homes, as towels, tablecloth and varied sheets and covers. Essentially, linen is a fabric that is made from the fibers of the ‘flax’ plant. Flax is widely known for its glistening properties. Besides, their color shade ranges from gray, ivory to tan or sandy tinges. It is extremely absorbent and cool fabric. Initially linen was extensively used for making towels and sheets. Hence, these days, linen could be referred to table, kitchen textile, bed and bath.
