Egyptian excavations and the existing knick knacks found in the tombs in turkey also reveal the fact that furniture did exist. Moreover, the oak furniture of the Middle Ages was also very popular at that time. From the 18th century, furniture designs and patterns began to develop at an accelerating pace. And by the 20th century, modern and contemporary furniture came into being.
